My flatmate is moving out in January and Jutta and I are looking for someone to replace him.

It’s a really comfy environment, with a big living room/dining area.

Jutta and I work from home, with a couple of office days, but there’s plenty of space to accommodate yourself too if you’re the same.

We’re not a party flat — but are social and there will be friend groups coming and going (and that’s fine for yourself to do, too!)

Super central location, equidistant between Nine Elms, Clapham Junction and Clapham Common station, and great options of breakfast, lunch, dinner and nightlife.

We’re ten mins walk from Clapham Common, 15 from Battersea park if you like your greenery!

We’re looking for someone ideally who wants a home and not just a base- we love hanging out together with the football on or a film and snacks and would love someone who’s up for joining!
