Luxury Ensuite Room for Short-Term Rent in Batters

I’m renting out my brand-new ensuite room in Battersea, right across from the U. S. Embassy. The apartment is super clean, modern, and the bed is as comfy as a 5-star hotel’s. It’s fully furnished, so you can just bring your suitcase and move in.

The roommate is very quiet, easygoing and mindful of others. There’s a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks. The building also has a gym, meeting room, lounge, and parcel collection service—all included. My rent price is £460 per week, but I am very willing to discuss your price, depending on your suitability. All bills, WiFi, and even a Netflix account are covered.

It’s available from December 7th to early January. Dates are discussable, but I’d prefer someone staying 3-4 weeks. Looking for a tenant who’s quiet, tidy and respectful.
