Our flatmates are leaving this amazing en-suite double bedroom right near Battersea Power Station to move closer to their new office so we are now looking for a clean and kind flatmate to join us in mid Jan 2024!

About your new room/ home:
You'll have a large en-suite double bedroom with a king bed (+ full storage underneath), built- in mirror wardrobe, bed side tables, and your own bathroom and shower.
The room is excellently lit and faces North-side with round the clock light.

You’ll be sharing the home with myself (Yuji, French, British & Japanese, M/29Y) and Francesca (Italian, F/30Y). We are so proud of the massive well-stocked kitchen and warmly lit living room and tv area. As well as the fact we have light shining in from two different sides into the living room and a large balcony facing the garden.

The building has 24h concierge and amazing amenities with a Gym, a Cinema and Co Working space with meeting rooms which you can book on the building app (VERY convenient if you're working from home), free bycicle storage and indoor parking lots (which can be rented for a monthly fee, if of interest). The building also often organises social events which is nice if you would like to meet new people!

About the location:
There is a Sainsbury local 1 min away, a huge Waitrose 2 min away and M&S 5 mins.
Battersea Power Station is only 5min away by foot (northern line) + Battersea Park is a 10 min walk! Nine Elms and Vauxhall are also on your doorstop which can lead you to basically anywhere you need to go in London. Bus line 344 runs all night and stops right in front of the building. The flat is one hour away from Gatwick airport door-to-door.
