Luxury development w/ rooftop pool & 5 star amenit

I currently live in a luxury development in Nine Elms, it's only a year old and we're the first occupants. My current flatmate is looking to leave given the cost and I appreciate that it is quite pricey but it is a fantastic development if you are a young professional in London who can afford it. I'm a pretty chill flatmate, I work for myself and have traveled about 6 times this year already so you do get a chunk of time on your own if that's what you like. If not, i'm happy to grab a glass of wine on the couch or on the rooftop.

Amenities include 2 rooftop pools & 1 hot tub, multiple co-working spaces with closed meeting rooms, a rooftop bar space for private parties, multiple private luxury dining rooms, 24/7 gym, yoga and bike studio, cinema room, rooftop terraces, piano lounge, orangery, courtyard, kids play etc.

Our council tax band is Band F - 1388.32 annually so we pay £116 per month and is included in the bills.

Your bill total is £58 (Council Tax), Energy (£25), Heating and cooling monthly average (30), Water (30). I'd budget £150 for these and I cover the broadband since it's a business expense as i work from home.
