Luxury development w/ rooftop pool & 5 star amenit

I currently live in a luxury development in Nine Elms, it's only 3 year sold and we're the first occupants in this unit so it's quite new. My current flatmate is looking to leave mid-lease (we have 9 months left on a two year lease) and I'd like to find someone new to live with. I'm a pretty chill flatmate, I work for myself and travel about once a month so you do get a chunk of time on your own if that's what you like. If not, i'm happy to grab a glass of wine on the couch or on the rooftop.

You get a double room with an en-suite that has a shower. Amenities include 2 rooftop pools & 1 hot tub, multiple co-working spaces with closed meeting rooms, a rooftop bar space for private parties, multiple private luxury dining rooms, 24/7 gym, yoga and bike studio, cinema room, rooftop terraces, piano lounge, orangery, courtyard, kids play etc.

Our council tax band is Band F - 1388.32 annually so we pay £116 per month and is included in the bills.

You'd cover half of all bills and yourr bill total is £58 (Council Tax), Energy (£35), Heating and cooling monthly average (30), Water (30), Cleaning lady (30), Broadband (14). I'd budget £200 (to possibly £220) for these.

I will be renewing my lease for 2 years again next January if you are interested in staying beyond the 9 months, this would be the ideal setup.
