Lovely double room in girls house in Battersea

Double room available in 4 bed, 2 bathroom homely house in Battersea/Clapham Junction from start of January (but flexible) until August 2025, with option to extend.

You'll be living with three girls: Charlotte, Gracie and Olivia. We’re all aged 27/28 and work in marketing, consultancy and TV and are in the office around 3 days a week. We met each other through SpareRoom and have loved living here the past few years. We love doing stuff together so are looking for another girl aged 26-30 to join who is sociable and isn't just looking for a room but also a friendship.

The house is located a few minutes away from Battersea Park and 10-15 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station. The house is split over 3 floors with an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, conservatory and also has a garden.

The room is on the top floor, and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk for WFH, shelves and chest of drawers. There is also hanging space in the cupboard in the hallway. Rent is very reasonable at £830, excluding bills which are roughly £80 a month.
The landlords are lovely and sort out any issues we have straight away.
