Sublet in Battersea, 27th Nov - 2nd Jan

I'm subletting my room in Battersea from the 27th November - 2nd January (although can be somewhat flexible with these dates) while I do some travelling and visit family over the Christmas period. It'll be a total of £980: £930 for rent plus a £50 contribution to bills.

Location:
Situated on Emu Road, between Clapham Common and Battersea Park - perfect for cosy winter walks!

- 10 minute bus ride/ 20 minute walk from Clapham Common tube
- 15 minute bus ride/20 minute walk to Battersea Power Station tube;
- 15 minute bus ride/30 minute walk to Clapham Junction overground station.

House:
The house has three double bedrooms, a family bathroom (there's a shower above the bath, it's not visible in the picture), and a bright kitchen/breakfast room leading to a private rooftop garden.

You'd be in my room, which I haven't yet moved into myself so you'd be able to bring all your stuff along without worrying abut fitting it around my possessions. It's furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes with heaps of storage space, and a desk under the window with plenty of natural light.

Housemates:
You'd be living with my friends Elle, who works in publishing and always has great book recommendations, and Abha, who is a law student. Elle will be at home for the Christmas period and Abha will be revising for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams so this would best suit someone who is looking for somewhere peaceful rather than a party house, although Elle and Abha are both very friendly and welcoming and we're considering hosting a small gathering for New Years Eve, which you'd be welcome to join in with.

About you:
We'd prefer another girl, between 20 and 30 (no couples, sorry!). You need to have right to rent in the UK as that's one of the agency's conditions for subletting.

We're looking for a like-minded person with a similar vibe to us: we're all clean, tidy, and easy to get along with. The main thing is that you're respectful and kind :)
