Spacious Double Room with Balcony

The room is a decent sized double in a 3 bedroom flat. Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and toilet are shared spaces. 10 minute walk from the clapham junction station. Bills are not included in the price but are approx 85 a month (council, water, gas, electricity and wi-fi all included) We are both very tidy, outgoing and easy to get along with. We are not a party flat but definitely don't mind some wine and socialising! But also do enjoy the occasional night in watching ridiculous films. You will need to go on the lease as I am leaving the flat.
