Super lovely modern flat along the river and walking distance to local shops and cafes in Battersea and Wandsworth, as well as Battersea Park. Clapham junction is the nearest station which is about a 7 minute walk and very well connected. Rent is £1,200pcm and bills are about £110 each.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, big built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage and floor to ceiling window.

Flatmates:
2 sociable girls aged 27 and 28, Rosie works in a creative agency and Faye is an EA at an investment firm. Both work from home 1-2 days a week. Both happy to enjoy an evening in front of the tv but also have their own lives away from the flat.
