Lovely double room in Battersea (bills included)

Hello! My lovely small double room in Battersea will be available for lease takeover from 1 March 2025 (flexible). The contract is until 30 September 2025.

The room comes furnished and the price includes all bills except gas (which comes around 30 in the winter and 10 in the summer).

The flatmates are nice and friendly - 3 professionals and 1 student. The flat and the neighbourhood are very peaceful and the location is very convenient.

There is a bus stop for 44 and 344 a short walk from the flat, Battersea Power Station is about 15-20 minutes walk away and Clapham Junction is 25 minutes walk away. There is a Tesco 7 minutes away, a couple of corner shops even closer.

Battersea Park is a couple of minutes away on foot.

References are required and landlady is nice and responsive.
