Genuinely good-sized double bedroom in a large, modern and well-finished apartment share in the heart of Battersea (50 metres from Clapham Common at the top of Battersea Rise). The apartment is in a bustling, vibrant area but is within a secluded gated community and just a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and cafes of Clapham Junction and Clapham Junction station.

You'll have a large double bedroom (full en suite) and patio doors leading to the front garden. The apartment also has a large wrap-around garden at the back.

The apartment is furnished with a 60 inch TV, large corner sofa, coffee table, TV unit, cloakroom, 10-person dining table, and kitchen amenities (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer) plus a double bed in the bedroom. We would, however, need to buy the current housemate out of the TV, sofa, dining table and bed but that can be decided later between us and won't be excessive.

Current housemates (Ali and David) are very easy going, social professionals. Both work in finance in central London but David is leaving to move in with his girlfriend after being here for 1.5 years. Ali works from home or the office depending on work commitments. Our letting agents are amenable - formal but easy to deal with - and we haven't experienced any issues since moving in. Issues are easily resolved by them and we have a good relationship with the maintenance man.
