Double room in Battersea flat share

I am looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 4 person flat share in Battersea, as I will be leaving London.

The flat is in a great location, a short walk from Battersea Park and 10 mins from Clapham Junction station.
It has really good transport links being right next to a bus stop that serves the 345, 49, 344, 319 and 44. There is lots to do in the area with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, gyms etc on the doorstep.

You’ll be living with 3 wonderful girls- Jo, Bhavya and Camille- all aged between 27-35. As it is currently an all female household they are looking for another girl to join.
Jo is from Yorkshire and works in Emergency Planning, and is mostly in the office Mon-Fri.
Bhavya is from India and works in Events, she mostly works from home with a couple of days in the office.
Camille is from Canada and also works in Events, with a mix of WFH and office based.

We are a friendly house who like to spend time together in the evenings watching TV or a movie when we’re in, but equally have our own things going on. We socialise together as well and enjoy a pub quiz, although this is not really a party house.

The flat has 3(!) bathrooms, so there’s never a queue for the shower in the morning, a kitchen and living room space and a lovely balcony which gets the sun throughout the day.

The room is on the smaller side so might be better suited to someone who doesn’t WFH, however previous housemates have made it work and you could fit a small desk if needed.

The rent is £750 pcm excluding bills, which normally come to around £80 a month. We are council tax band C. The deposit is £600. The current contract runs until July 2025.

We are looking for someone friendly, who is clean and tidy and would like to make this flat their home.
