*Looking for a Flatmate for Primary Bedroom!*
We’re Hermione and Morven, two women in our mid-20s looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely home in Battersea. The room available is the primary bedroom, which means plenty of space to call your own—it comes furnished with a king-sized bed and nightstand, a full wall of closet space and mirrors, and a view looking into our patio/garden space.
The flat is a two-story maisonette on a safe, private road, and a lot cuter in person. Downstairs, we have a spacious open-plan living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out. There’s also a small courtyard that leads onto gated communal gardens shared with our terrace—great for a bit of outdoor space in the summer.
The location is amazing! We’re just a 2-minute walk from the Thames and Battersea Square (there’s a Gail’s and a few cute restaurants). Battersea Park and Power Station is a quick walk away, and for groceries, we’ve got a Co-Op, Tesco Express, and a Bailey& Sage close by. Public transport is super convenient: Clapham Junction (SWR & Overground) is about 17 minutes on foot, Battersea Bridge is 10 minutes away (with great bus links to Chelsea, Victoria, and Shepherd’s Bush), and the 170 bus stop is literally outside the house. Bonus: we even have off-street parking!

We both work full-time, so we’re out at the office most days. Outside of work, we love going for runs, cycling, trying new restaurants, and exploring London! We’ve been friends since meeting at St Andrews, and we’ve lived in this house for about 1.5 years, so we know the area well. Sadly, our current flatmate is moving away, so we’re looking for someone to take her place.

You must be able to prove your right to rent in the UK and meet the affordability threshold, which is 2.5 x the annual rent. Taking into consideration joint and severally liable the incoming tenant must meet the annual threshold of £25,000.00 per annum (before tax) if you are self employed they require the last year’s tax return to confirm the income.
