Hi Everybody,
We are looking for a two new flatmate to move into double rooms in our spacious flat as two of the current flatmates are moving out due to changes in jobs.
The flat:
We are located within a gated square with access to a lovely big communal garden and have our own private parking space. The flat is located on the ground floor of our building and we have access to our own private small patio at the back of the building and direct access into the garden. We have a bright and airy living/dining room and separate kitchen.
Location:
It's in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction with a number of buses also nearby. We've also got the river, Battersea Square and Battersea Park a short walk away.
Bedroom 1 - Double en-suite
This is a spacious double with its own large en-suite bathroom. There’s lots of natural light from two large windows and ample storage from built in wardrobes.
This room will be available to move into as soon as referencing checks and contract is signed which we will expect would be around mid January.
Bedroom 2 - Double with shared bedroom
This is a good sized double with lots of natural light and a large window which overlooks the garden. You’ll be sharing a good sized bathroom with just one other flatmate.
This room will be available a bit later from 1st Feb but there if flexibility to move in later (and potentially earlier) if needed.
Bills:
Bills come to roughly £125 per month. This includes Council Tax (we're in Band F), Internet, Water, TV licence and Gas & Electricity.
New Flatmates:
The current flat mate who you’ll be moving in with is Katie who’s a teacher.
It’s not a party house but enjoy all the usual fun of pub trips and brunches. Katie would like to find a couple of friendly people who don’t mind chilling in front of the tv at evenings and weekends when in the house, but who also respects each others space.
She’d also hoping to find flatmates who are respectful of the flat and keeps it clean and tidy, especially in communal areas.
New flatmates will need references completing before moving in which are completed by our property managers Savills on behalf of the landlord. You will need proof of income/employment and previous landlord references.
You would be signing into the remaining 6 months of a year long contract which ends on 31 July 2025 but you’ll be able to renew it at the point and stay longer.
