I’m leaving my amazing room, ideally located halfway between the neighborhoods of Battersea and Clapham Common (a 12-minute walk from Battersea Park), and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.
The room is very spacious, bright, and fully furnished (except for the desk, but I’m open to negotiating if you’d like to keep it). There’s plenty of storage available in the corridor right outside the room, in addition to the wardrobe and chest of drawers already in the room.
About the Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with Matty and Sarah, two young professionals who are clean, respectful, and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and social – ideal for someone who values a peaceful yet friendly home.
Please Note: This is NOT a party flat. We are looking for a female tenant (18 to 40 yo) to keep the balance in the house.
Key Information:
• Rent: £1120 per month (ALL bills included!)
• Deposit: £1292
• Availability: From 10th February 2025
• Stay : The lease is for 6 months, with the opportunity to renew every year.
