Double Room In Battersea!!!!

Heya!

Sam and I are on the hunt for a third people to join us in our upcoming Battersea flat from January.

The room’s a cosy double with a walk-in wardrobe, killer city views, and comes with a double bed and drawers. The flat itself is spacious, with a modern kitchen and a bright, open-plan living/dining area.

Room is 780+bills. Our move in date 11th Jan.

Location-wise, it’s a winner – just a 10-minute stroll to Clapham Junction, and a short bus ride to Victoria. Close to Battersea Park, the Thames and the Power Station… We also have cafés, pubs, shops, and bars right on your doorstep, so we’re never far from a coffee or a pint.

We are both 31, work in the world of TV and radio, and consider ourselves pretty top-tier company – considerate, fun, tidy, good chat. We’re mates who’ve decided to take the plunge and move in together for the first time, so we’re looking for someone who’s on a similar vibe and wants to make this place their home.
