We have a double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house available from 10 Feb 2025

About the house
- Kitchen, living room and study all separate
- 1 main bathroom upstairs + 1 toilet downstairs
- Small private garden with outdoor furniture (nice in summer!)
- Right next to Battersea Park 🌳
- Relaxed home, we like to hangout but not a party house 🧘‍♀️

About the room
- £900 per month not including bills
- Comes furnished with bed, wardrobe x2, drawers, bedside table, desk, shelving

Bills
Council tax, water, electricity, and wifi bills total approx £100/month, varies depending on season

Transport links

- 8 mins lime bike to Battersea Power Station (20 min walk)
- 8 mins lime bike to Sloane Square (30 min walk)
- 12 mins lime bike to South Kensington
- Buses from just behind our street: 345, 319, 49, 19, 170

Housemates

Matilda - 25, works in mediation & restorative justice, she grew up in London, works from home a couple days per week.

Sigrid - 25, works in crypto, she’s Australian and moved to London last year. She works in the office Mon-Fri

Jacob - 24, works in PR, he’s Canadian and moved to London last year. (The social butterfly of the house!)

We are pretty quiet on weekday evenings because of work schedules, but still like to eat dinner / hang out together. Going out is mostly saved for weekends! We value peace and cleanliness and hope to find people who do too. Would love to be friends as well as housemates
