Short term sub let available

Hi all

I'm Lily, a 29 year-old secondary Chemistry teacher living alone in Battersea looking for a short-term subletter. I am renting a terraced house in the well-known Shaftesbury Estate in Battersea, fully furnished with my 2 cocker spaniels, Rusty and Daphne. I am looking for someone to come and live with me for a short while (no minimum, ideally 2 months but could be extended) , either Monday-Friday or all week.

I love a night out and always keen for a pint, but I tend to keep that out of the house - apart from the odd 6 monthly do - preferring to have a home that is a chilled haven post work.

Ideally looking for someone that loves dogs, is tidy, respectful and doesn't mind if i need to shut myself away after a long day. Teaching and having ADHD means i sometimes need to work in the evenings or just need me time to decompress honestly - after yapping to kids all day. The weekends and later weekday evenings though, i'm totally keen to hang out!

The place is lovely. There is one main bathroom with the bath/shower and also a separate bathroom on the ground floor. Huge kitchen, lovely living room, and garden. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Albeit a bit small, the rest of the house is lovely and spacious - why i chose it!
