Room available in friendly Battersea houseshare!

This room is on the second floor of a house on a quiet, tucked-away street in Battersea. It gets tons of natural light during the day. The room and house are fully furnished and the house was recently fully decorated.

The other flatmates are all MA students in their early/mid twenties. They often like to go out or have cozy nights in, and the house has a comfortable living room as well as a garden with tables and chairs to support this! A friendly, chill person who likes hanging out but also respects others' space would be a great fit!

There is a Tesco less than a 5 minute walk away from the house and a Sainsbury's 5-10 minutes away. The house is 5-10 minutes' walk to Clapham Junction and there are many nearby bus stops. Battersea High Street with its many shops is close by as well.

Move-in date is flexible, but I would prefer someone who can move in sooner rather than later. Rent is due on the 7th of the month, but we can sort something out! The contract ends in September.
