Small Double off Battersea High Street

I have one bedroom available in a lovely 2 bedroom flat off Battersea highstreet. My friend (Luke the other tenant) you will be sharing the flat with and has lived here the past year.

Small double room is up for grabs. Then there is one shared bathroom which has a rainfall shower feature included. Shared kitchen and large living room with L shape sofa and TV with all steaming services you could dream of, plus PS5 if that is your thing.

Included in the living room you will also find a large workspace/ desk which fits two work stations with extra room on top of that. So any desk or WFH options are available too.

Current tenant Luke 27: Is a graphic designer, he works in the office 4 days and 1 from home. He is a chilled easy going guy who likes movies and games and is always up for a chat. But also respects one's privacy and space.

We are looking for someone like minded of a similar age. Occupation and interests are not important but someone who can take over my room and fit into the flat as I have done for the last year. Price shown is with bills but likely to go down in the warmer months.

Move in date 3rd of March, but I am flexible so could be sooner if needs be. If needed sooner can discuss the option to move in 3rd of February also.
