En-suite double room in lovely Battersea home

Hello! We’re Zoe, Elise & Erin, 3 girls living in a lovely house in Battersea and looking for someone else to join us from middle to end of Feb (move in date flexible between this time) . The outgoing housemate has lived here for over 2 years and has loved it but is moving in with her boyfriend.

🏡 The House & Room 🏡
It’s a 4 bedroom house in Battersea, with a big open plan kitchen leading out onto a patio garden. We’ve got a big living room, we’ve got a laundry room downstairs with a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer - this is an ideal spot for hanging laundry and storing suitcases etc. Then there’s one bathroom upstairs shared between 3, as this top floor room has it’s own ensuite. We have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks as well and does all the bathrooms and communal areas.

The room we’re advertising is a double room on the top floor with it’s own en-suite, with lots of natural light and a large built in storage cupboard just outside the door. The room is unfurnished but the outgoing housemate is open to selling the furniture (bed, desk, wardrobes, chest of drawers). The price of the room is £1,033 a month which doesn’t include bills, but bills are roughly £120 a month (water, wifi, gas, electric & cleaner). The deposit is £981.75 and there is a £50 admin fee with the estate agents. You’ll be signing onto the lease which is through till March 2026, and you’ll need to show that you earn at least £37k to be approved by the agency.

We’re a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, and a 20 minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants and shops on Northcote Road. Asda is just 10 mins from the house as well. The other way you have Battersea Park which is a 5-10 minute walk which is ideal!

👭 Housemates 👭
We all get on really well and are more like friends than housemates, we all love watching a good old series together, going out for dinner and drinks, and just generally having a good time. Although to be clear we’re not a party house 🥲👵🏻 and can definitely appreciate everyones down time. A little bit about all of us …

Elise works in Media/Marketing and moved over from Sydney just over 2 years ago. She loves travelling, exploring London and brunches with the gals.

Zoe works in advertising as a creative. She likes running, margaritas, occasionally baking, watching a good Netflix series and just generally having a lovely time.

Erin is a Radiographer from Melbourne. She enjoys running, travelling, pilates and exploring London.

As a house we're used to everyone doing a mix of WFH and going into the office.
