Large Double Room Available in 2 Bed Garden Flat

Hi! I am reluctantly renting my room as I am moving overseas. There is just over 6 months left on the lease (12/08/2025) but I am sure the owner would be willing to extend thereafter (I've been here for 4 years). Bills are excluded but are usually around £150 a month. Female applicants only please.

You will be living with one single 30 year old women who works hybrid in finance. She's super nice, clean and a great cook who loves to work out!

The room is a large double with high ceilings and a private little Alfresco area. It can come furnished (double ottoman bed with mattress, set of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and full length mirror) or unfurnished (wardrobe only - part of property). The property came unfurnished so some items will be going with me, but the main items (sofa, dining room table/chairs, TV cabinet, white goods etc will be staying including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher!)

The flat is a ground floor garden flat which is great in the summer with plenty of sunlight! There is one bathroom with a bath and 2 shower heads. The toilet is separate.
It is close to the overground at Queenstown and Battersea Park Stations and the Northern underground line with the property in between Battersea Power Station and Clapham Common. 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction and plenty of buses around too.
