Hello, we are looking for a flatmate! This is a quiet household, so looking for a considerate and respectful person to live with, preferably with regular working hours. This room would suit a mature student or professional person who holds a steady job. No couples.

About the house:
It hosts a spacious kitchen with a table and a bathroom with a bath and shower with great water pressure. The room will have a single bed and wardrobe. It has a beautiful view of the park!

Please excuse the video I took, as I just moved in and am still painting and sprucing up the place! The new bed for the room will also be arriving this weekend!

Local amenities:
-5 min walk from the beautiful Battersea Park.

-5 min walk to two rail stations: Battersea Park station and Queenstown Road.

-10 min walk from Battersea Power Station (Underground, Northern Line) or 10min bus ride to Vauxhall station.

-20 min bus to Victoria station! Super convenient

-5 min walk to Tesco and Sainsbury’s local.

Room:
-£800 inclusive of all bills including wifi.
-£800 deposit (returned at the end of your stay, outlined in contract)
-6 months minimum, then renewed monthly. 1 month notice must be given.

Viewing:
Looking to have someone move in as soon as possible, so priority will be given to someone who can move in immediately.

This is first come, first serve - so whoever views the room and puts the deposit down first will get the room!
