We have a double bedroom available in a beautiful mansion block, 1 minute walk from Battersea Park!
You would be living with myself (31F), professional working in Sustainability and Aida (28F) professional working in HR. We met through spareroom and get on really well, we have our own social circles but also hang out from time to time. Looking for a third roommate who would also want the same :)
Some details:
The flat itself is lovely - it's super bright and has a lot of character. It's on the top floor and has views of the park, a spacious living room and an updated kitchen.
The room has a window overlooking the park, and lots of closet space and you would be sharing a bathroom with myself, as the other room has an ensuite! **Note that some of the furniture in the photo is no longer there, the bed and clothing rack remain.
Rent: £1,000 bills not included, they usually come to around £100-150/month, depending on the time of year.
Deposit: FYI is £1,230 (as required by the agency) but ad wouldn't allow for that amount!
Move in date: February 1st 2026, can be flexible for earlier
Lease terms: We would be looking for a new roommate who is willing to sign on to the current lease
Transportation: Battersea is arguably the most well connected area of SW London. We've got two rail lines from Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Road that take you right into the city. We're also only a quick 10 minute walk to the Northern line at Battersea Power Station. And so many buses right around the corner from us! It really can't be beat.
Accessibility: Just a heads up, it is a 4 flight walk up so there are quite a few stairs.
