My current flatmate is moving abroad and looking for someone to take over with the lease as well as renewal in May
- 9th floor Flat located within Embassy gardens,
-2mins walk to Nine Elms station and 10mins walk to Vauxhall station.
- within proximity to a big Waitrose and Sainsburys and Battersea Power Station is also located within a 10 min walk.
- coffee shops, bars and restaurants
-Double room with ensuite

- bills come in around £120-50 each per month.

We would share living spaces which are fully furnished and an happy to always make it a home we can both enjoy.

My ideal flatmate is female and professional in London who is up to create a home yet still respecting each others spaces.

About me: I am 35 and a Sales Manager. I am into fitness, I enjoy food and glass of wine or cocktails. As my days can be hectic I do value my quiet time and so appreciate my flatmates alone too but wouldn't mind the odd sofa movie days and if into the trash reality like real housewives, loveisland that would be fab. I work 5 times in the office so if hybrid would have space to yourself often. I have been in the flat for 3 years and would love to get someone to enjoy this space and make it home.

It would be lease take over and renewal would be from May 3rd (sent out around March) We would love to have someone confirmed and referenced by mid January so can sign for the new tenancy take over for 1st February. Moving in would be from 1st Feb. We could potentially have earlier if everything is passed in time.
