🏠 The house is modern, well kept to great standard. It comprises a large open-plan lounge & kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a sofa, a 4 seats extendable dining table; a full bathroom and an extra separate toilet with hand-wash basin.

🛌 Your bedroom is fully furnished (option for partly furnished tbd), average double size with wardrobe on the walls. Big windows overlooking gardens.

📍The location is amazing, in a very quiet residential road with great transport links and parking at the front door. By 2 mins walk to a local Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-Op stores. A few gyms and many pubs/restaurants by walking distance too.

The flatmates are 2 guys and a lady, all young professionals, friendly and sociable, but also very respectful to each others spaces. There is also a little cat 😸 in the house. He has the comfort of a massive room and a private garden for himself and his dadd (the flatmate on the ground floor), so he is most of the time inside his own room/garden. Hope you love those angelical creatures as much as we do!
