Bright and spacious double room available in a 4-bed flat share from 6th May.

Great flat with wonderful flatmates, I have lived here for the past 2 years and have lived it. You will be living with 3 other working professionals who help make the flat feel like home with regular dinners. We all do our best to keep the flat clean and make it a good place to live 🧹.

The room is spacious and bright, with large windows that let in lots of light during the day.

Located 2-3 mins walk to Battersea Power Station and 10mins walk to Battersea Park Station, the flat is ideally located. A big Sainsbury’s and a Waitrose is 10mins walk away while we are 5mins walk from Battersea Power Station shopping centre. There are also various gyms and Battersea Park is only a 15mins walk or 5mins run away! 🏃

The flat comes furnished with a wardrobe and ottoman bed with storage space. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a gas stove/oven, combined washing/dryer machine, air fryer, microwave and fridge.

There are two toilets, with a shower and a bath.

The rent is £1050 per month excluding bills. Bills are shared among all flatmates and comes to around £100 per person per month for gas/electricity, fibre internet, council tax, water, cleaning service and for dish soap, sponges etc.

We have a cleaner come to the flat 2 times a month to clean all communal areas (kitchen, hallway, kitchen etc)
