We are looking for two people to take on the final year contract of our gorgeous Battersea flat from 1st June 2025 to 2nd June 2026 (with possibility to extend on your own contract thereafter).

The flat:
The flat has two light and airy rooms (similar size and both with space for a desk to wfh – one room has desk already built in), a bathroom, kitchen, large hallway and living area, located on floor 5 on Prince of Wales drive right by Battersea park (seconds away), with an adorable shared courtyard (featuring its own herb garden!!!) and lovely Landlords.

£:
Total rent is £2,375pm (£1,187.50pp) plus roughly £120 each for bills each month (and £0 for herbs ever again). The total deposit is £2740.35 (5 weeks rent).

Location:
It’s super close to the park, with some lovely local restaurants, cafes and pubs. It’s ~12mins walk from Battersea Park station, ~18mins walk from Battersea Power Station and ~20mins walk from Clapham Junction.

We have LOVED living here but sadly both are moving away. We’re looking to find two people in the next week or so to organise logistics and ensure a smooth takeover from the 1st June, so DM if interested.
