Small cosy single room with single bed. 5 minutes walk from Battersea Park.
20 minute walk/15 minute bus to Clapham Junction an Battersea Power Station. Easy access to central London via bus. Closest tube station is Battersea Power Station.
Flat is on third floor with no lift
Some bills included (water, council tax and internet) We pay for gas and electric via prepaid meters. This is £40 per month per person.
Flatmates are clean, quiet and very respectful.
Room comes with all furniture and stocked kitchen appliances. Microwave and airfryer no longer here.
