Spacious double by Battersea Power Station

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for the summer. It is a particularly spacious double room. The kitchen, bathroom and living area are shared with the other three flatmates.

The flat is extremely well connected and close from central London. Battersea Power Station (Norther line) is 10 min away, Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines) is at 12 min walking, and Wandsworth Road (Overground) is 10 min away too. There are National Rail stations about 15 mins away (Battersea Park & Queenstown Road). In addition, some of the stations are in Zone 1, so transportation tends to be really cheap.

The bedroom includes the double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.

Water and internet are included in the rent, electricity and gas range between £25 in the summer and £65 in the winter.

The contract takeover would be from the 22nd June (or later) and until the end of september. There is a possibility of renewing the contract after. The property is managed by an agency, so they usually ask for bank statements and references when signing the contract.
