• Your room: the largest in the flat with a private en-suite
• Great location in Battersea – close to transport, parks, and amenities. Right by the river.
• Rent: £1300/month + bills (approx. £110/month including council tax in summer)
I’m ideally looking for a girl in their 30s who’s relaxed, considerate, and keeps things tidy – someone who values a calm and comfortable home.
