Hello! ☀️🌻our flatmate is moving out in August to be closer to work, so we have a lovely room going for the start of August
ABOUT THE HOUSE
It’s a small south facing double, with a bed, drawers and a wardrobe. A desk could also be included in a pinch, but there is an alternative desk available downstairs in the living room! Likewise there are two other cupboards in the house earmarked for excess storage dedicated to the room. It gets loads of natural light, and overlooks our spacious private garden, so is also quiet at night.
We have a large living room and kitchen/diner, along with a bathroom with separate WC. We’ve lived in the house for going on 4 years ago, and have put a lot of effort into making it feel homey with a load of plants/cookbooks/weird trinkets/crucially a PS5 & Switch. So we’d like someone to also feel like it’s their home!
The house is around 15 minutes walk away from Clapham Common tube, 10 minutes walk from Queenstown Road mainline station, and 5 minutes walk away from the Windrush Line overground. We have excellent night bus connections into central London, and are close to a load of cycle paths.
Bills are around £100pcm. Please note that we are also currently in negotiations with the landlord about the rent, so £860 represents the total maximum it could be.

We’re Sarah and Emily (hi!!) and we both met at uni in Bristol. We like going out for dinner/pub, films, arts & crafts, comedy, cooking, plants and being nice people. We keep the house clean and tidy and would like someone who respects that also.

Our landlord is currently in the process of renewing our lease, and would like to know the new tenant ASAP, so we might be pretty speedy about things 🏃♀️
