Hi! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in our 4-bed flat in Arthur Court, SW11 5JB – a fantastic location just off Battersea Park Road.

🛏️ The Room
Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a full-sized mirror, portable heater and lots of natural light. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

🍽️ The Flat
Spacious shared kitchen with all appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kitchen utensils, washing machine, drying rack), a shared living room with two comfortable couches, a shared bathroom and a separate shared toilet.
The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and a few chairs. The living room is cosy with two sofas and a TV – perfect for relaxing. There is lots of space for storage inside the flat. There are 4 bedrooms in total in the flat (and not 2).

📍 Location & Transport
• 5 mins to Battersea Park Station (Overground/National Rail – 1 stop to Victoria)
• 7 mins to Queenstown Road Station (Direct trains to Waterloo)
• 15 mins walk or quick bus to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). The shopping centre here is worth a visit. It looks lovely in the evenings.
• Buses 44 and 344 stop just outside the flat and bus 137 stops nearby – easy access to Clapham, Chelsea, Vauxhall & central London
• Battersea Park is just around the corner! A short 5-min walk to this beautiful park - I walk to this park almost every Saturday! Tesco, pharmacy, library and launderette just below the flat (2-min walk). Coffee shops, restaurants and GP within a 5-min walk. Battersea is a lovely, safe, clean and quiet area of London!

👫 Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with three professionals in their late 20s – considerate and tidy. They are very helpful and easygoing.
We enjoy the occasional chat but respect each other’s space. Looking for someone similar – clean and considerate.

💰 Rent & Info
• Rent: £850/month
• Bills: Some included. We pay £30/month (per flatmate) for electricity
• Deposit: One month’s rent
• Available from 1st July (or slightly earlier if needed)
• Minimum stay: 3 months
• No couples, pets, or smoking please
