Hi, my name is Viktor, I'm from Denmark and have been interning in London for the past 3 months. Unfortunately I have to return home on July 14th to complete my Bachelor's degree, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
Single ensuite room (sharing bathroom with one other person) - connected by a private door between your two rooms. The flat is on the 13th floor and the room includes a built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, and plenty of under-bed and overhead storage.
It is a shared flat with 7 other residents (mixed gender, undergrads and postgrads). Everyone is very clean, respectful and quiet.
The shared kitchen includes: 2 fridge/freezers, 2 hobs with (8 in total) 2 ovens, plus air fryer, kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery all included.
The building has multiple amenities including:
Study and social spaces, roof terrace with a wide view of the London skyline, gym, a TV room, bike storage, on site laundry, 24 hour reception, mail room, free hoover/ironing board rentals, and pool table.
Transport links:
- 5 minute walk to both Battersea Park station (1 stop to Victoria) or the Battersea Power Station Underground and multiple bus stops just outside the building.
Shops, food and drinks:
- Battersea Power Station shopping centre is right next to the Underground station, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Exercise:
- Battersea Park is perfect place to run or walk, and otherwise, the gym in the building has two treadmills and a range of standard fitness equipment.
Rent is £319 per week (all bills, utilities and Wi-Fi are included). With compensation it will be £256.50 pw.
Requirements: Student status and a guarantor.
No council tax.
