Double Room for Rent in Battersea

We have a double bedroom available to rent in a 3-bedroom home in Battersea. The house is owned by my aunt, but she doesn't live here – I share the home with my friend Rebecca, and we’re now looking for a friendly, and considerate housemate.

We have a spare "room" (it's a tiny room) where we store our suitcases and larger items.

This is a 3-bedroom house in a peaceful, residential area. It's opposite a school which can be a bit noisy during a school week.

We are in the council tax band E

Bills are not included, but they are typically £100 a month (this includes council tax, gas and electricity, the water bill and wifi)
