Single room in Battersea

Hi, my name is Georgi.
We offer for rent a single room in Battersea area.
697 per month which include council tax and water bill, the electricity is paid separately and is 30-60 pound per person depending on the season.
The deposit is 469 pounds.
The flat is four bedrooms,3 single and 1 double bedrooms.
We have a living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms and two toilets. The flat is close to transport connections.
Battersea Park Station and Queens Town Road Station for trains are within 7 min walk. Battersea Power Station for underground is about 14 min away. There are bus stops close to us. We are close to the park .
We clean with cleaning rota every week and collect 5 pounds monthly for cleaning stuff.
There is a Tesco shop a few minutes away and more shops at Clapham Junction which is about 20 min away by walk.
For now is three of us.
I am working full time in construction, Xavier is doing PhD at Imperial College and working from home, Steve works full time in the city.
The flat is rented from an agency and after signing the contract we comunicate with the landlady.
The new tenant will have to pass the approval process with the agency. The agency is Grays Rasidential.
Currently I am working during the day but I am on the phone for messages, my phone number and email shoud be included in the add if you are interested.
In spare room there is also Jay's advert as well, he is the guy who is moving out, but I decided to advertise also.
