South Facing, Four Bedroom Creative Household with

Hi all,

I’m looking for three lovely housemates to join me in my semi-detached rental, just an 8 minute walk from Battersea park (arguably the best park in London!), and a 15-20 minute walk from the RCA Battersea art studios. The rooms are spacious and I hope to use the communal areas as a place we can all come together as a house. I’m looking for people who are social, who enjoy having occasional meals and games nights together, and the odd house party. A balance of cosy, calm, nurturing and the odd bit of fun! I am a visual person and appreciate a level of tidiness in the communal areas. We currently have a cleaning rota.

I am hoping to do a PhD at the RCA from September, and would very much like to keep it a creative household.

Rent prices are £975 for the smaller rooms, and the larger room that looks onto our lovely garden through French doors is £1000 (excluding bills - roughly £40 - £60 in the summer and £80 - £90 in the winter).

The garden is maintained every two weeks and it’s a beautiful place to be. It gets the sun all day long and makes another perfect place to chill out together.

We are a 30 second walk from a lovely, affordable Brazilian/Portuguese cafe which sells lovely baked goods and great coffee, as well as lots of exciting ingredients. Right next to is is a corner shop selling absolutely everything you need (also including some unique ingredients too).

Our locals are the Lighthouse (5 minute walk) and the Magic Garden (10minute walk - live alternative music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
