Room has its own large ensuite as well as own private balcony. Room is unfurnished however current tenant is happy to sell bed, mattress and wardrobe.

4 bathrooms total in the flat , split level, bright kitchen and large living room. Super spacious and modern. The flat comes unfurnished although we currently have everything we need. However we are looking for someone who is prepared to purchase items if / when needed.

Tenancy currently until April 2027 with break clause (you can replace yourself at any time).

The flat is in a great location - 10 min walk to Clapham junction station, 10 min walk to Clapham Common Park and 15 mins to Battersea park.

About current flatmates - Sophie 28 & Krista 31 yo, we are sociable, respectful and clean. We enjoy keeping it chill during the week, cooking, Netflix, gym etc, and enjoy a wine/night out on weekends with friends. We treat the flat like a home and are looking for someone who would do the same.
