Looking for someone who works, can work from home no prob, the room is big enough for a desk etc. The room available is the bigger one of the two, I'm happy with a small room and my desk in the living room etc.
Room is 1000pcm including all the bills
Council tax band C for legal requirements, but all inclusive of the rent.
It's literally across the road from the tube, lime bikes everywhere and of course BPS on your doorstep. Cracking location, nice big room and a garden of course.
