Looking for someone who works, can work from home no prob, the room is big enough for a desk etc. The room available is the bigger one of the two, I'm happy with a small room and my desk in the living room etc.
Room is 1050 plus £100 for the bills. Council tax band C for legal requirements, but all in £1150
It's literally across the road from the tube, lime bikes everywhere and of course BPS on your doorstep. Cracking location, nice big room and a garden of course.
