The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (aka one other flatmate). The room comes furnished with a double bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom. The apartment is also furnished, has a large kitchen, plenty of storage space, a large sunny balcony, and washing machine. It's located on the 3rd floor with lots of large windows and natural light. There is also a secure bike storage room on the property. The building and surrounding area are very quiet, but with the Power Station just a short walk away you are guaranteed to never be bored.
Rent is £1,600 pcm and bills c.£140 pcm (includes council tax, water, heating, and internet). You will be replacing me on the contract, which runs until May 2027, so referencing will be required. Move in date is potentially flexible, latest Oct 1 but sooner may be possible. Ideally looking for young professional, tidy, and outgoing.
The other flatmate is an early 30s professional working in the City. He spends his free time playing tennis and out with friends, and has lived in the area for 10+ years (perfect if you need tips!).
