Master Bedroom Overlooking Battersea Park

We’re looking for a friendly female flatmate to join us in our beautiful top-floor flat with stunning views of Battersea Park. The building is one of the mansion blocks over the road from the park, and also has a shared garden/patio with bike storage.

The flat has been renovated and has a modern yet homely feel, and loads of storage. There’s a separate living room perfect for movie nights, a cozy window seat in the kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a rain shower, one with a bath and overhead shower).

Ideally, we’d love a professional female around our age. We all work hybrid, usually 2-3 days in the office. We’d like a friendly, clean and considerate girl to join us who would like to form friendships rather than just sharing a living space ☺️

The bedroom is the largest room with a huge walk-in wardrobe, 3 windows overlooking Battersea Park, room for a large desk, and lots of floor space/storage 🌺


Bills are approx. £100–£150/month depending on usage.

The flat is managed locally by a friendly property manager, so any issues are resolved quickly.

We’re looking for a flatmate who would be happy to spend time together, but who also have their own things going on.

A bit about us:
Lucinda: Been in the flat for 5 years, 33, from Leeds originally but have lived in London for 8 years. I’m an ex-lawyer now working for the NHS in Diversity & Inclusion. I enjoy gymming, running around the park, binging series, drinks in a beer garden, and reading.
Beth: Been in the flat for 3 years, 29, from Dorset and works in sports marketing. She enjoys a good mix of going out for dinner or drinks, as well as relaxing evenings in binging a good series - sociable and easygoing.
Binisha: 31, works in marketing, and is also moving in 1st October so you won’t be the only new flatmate 😊
