Hi all! I am sadly moving out of my lovely two bed flat in Battersea after almost three years. So I am looking for someone to fill my room living with the amazing Olly Ocks, who works in the public sector, enjoys a night in watching below deck/ Married at first site with a bottle of wine as well as a night out 🤣
Move in date would be 4th November.
Looking for a female age 26-30 not fully remote, hybrid ok.
Needs to be earning above 35k to pass referencing.
Location: Lavender Hill. Approx 10 min walk to Clapham Junction and 12 mins to Clapham Common Tube station. Also lots of bus stops close by with great connections. Close to small Co-op, Sainsburys and Tescos. 5 min walk to big Asda and Lidl.
The room: Lots of built in storage. The only piece of furniture that belongs to the flat is the bed and mattress but happy to discuss selling the other items.

Rent is £962.50 per month, bills exc. Total including bills comes to about £1,100. Deposit is £1,110.50
