We’re looking for someone to move into a room in our shared house in Battersea, London.
The house is spread over two floors:
* Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, living room with TV, a private garden and access to a communal garden.
* Upper floor: Three bedrooms plus a bathroom and a shower room.
The available room comes furnished with a bed, and you’ll also have access to extra wardrobe space just outside the room.
The house is shared by both female and male housemates. Ideally, we’re looking for a working professional to join the house.
Rent: £800per month, plus bills (water, heating, etc) - usually £60-£80 per month.
Location: Battersea, London - around a 10-minute walk west of Battersea Park. Within walking distance to Chelsea, Battersea Park and Clapham.
