Hello!
I am leaving London and sadly have to say goodbye to my room in this lovely flat at the end of September.
The room is available from the 1st of October, and looking to have viewings asap!
You will be living with 3 wonderful flatmates - Roza & Teddy (a couple sharing the front bedroom) and Myles, all actors and working professionals in their mid 20s who love to watch a film in the spacious living room and have a good chat!
The flat has a large kitchen with lots of storage and counter space and there has never been an issue sharing amongst the 4 of us. There is also a nice back garden which is especially great to have a coffee in during the summer months, and the bedroom has a nice amount of natural light from this space.
Location-wise, the flat is right between Battersea Park and Clapham Common, and is a comfortable 15 minute walk to the power station with a fair few bus stops and consistent lime+forest bikes nearby.
Split amongst 4 people the current rent for the room is £925, but previously was at £1000 when there were 3 tenants. Bills are not included, but all added up (WiFi, water, gas, electric, and council tax) comes out to about £75-£100 per person depending on season and use.
Ideally looking for another girl to have an even balance in the flat, but open to any interested!
