You’ll be living with myself (27) and one other flat mate George (30) who is currently living there and I’ll be moving in early October as well. George works in property so is out the flat Mon-Fri and I’ve got a temporary remote job and barista until I find something more serious. We’re both super sociable, always up for doing things but also value our own time.

Room itself it’s very spacious, with a cupboard in the corner and plenty of room for wardrobes, desk etc… (furniture is going but landlord will replace)

We’re looking for someone who is obviously respectful, clean in communal spaces (super important) and someone who won’t complain if there’s a bit of noise after 9pm. Overall, someone who is sociable and is wanting to also have fun with their flat mates! From wholesome dinners, wine and games night or going down to the pub or bar after work 😇
