House also has a private terrace and a communal garden that is only accessible by the 6 flats in the complex.
Location: 5min walk to Battersea park with everything within walking distance (boots, Asda, tesco, coffee shops etc). Lots of buses around and about a 20min walk to the power station for the northern line.
Roommates: 2 Aussie girls (Elen and Lauren) both 25 and working in PR and marketing.
