Double Room for Sublet!

Hello!

We’re looking for a lodger from Oct 9 - Jan 9 while our other roommate is away.

A bit about the room:

It’s a fairly large room (3 x 4.5m) with a big double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath. There is plenty of closet space as well as some extra storage space and it also comes with a desk and chair with good wifi.

Lodger Agreement:

- £1050 per month for rent + around £100 pm for bills (energy + council tax)
- £1050 deposit
- 3 month contract
- Starting Oct 9
- Hard Requirement: Must have the right to reside in the UK
- Note: This is a short term “Lodger’s Agreement” between the roommates and not a full tenancy agreement

A bit about the area:

Located 15 mins walk from both the park and Clapham Junction, we’re in a lovely area that has good access to nature and also entertainment. There are also plenty of buses so getting into central London isn’t really a problem and clapham junction station is a short walk away as well if you need to go further.

About the place:

We’re lucky enough to have both a small garden and a living room area with a couch which is pretty cool. This makes having people round quite easy as there’s enough space to sit by the table/on the couch or even in the garden when it’s warmer out. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, EPC - C, council tax band C (the lowest in london).

About us:

We’re a very social household! We love to have a bbq w friends when it’s nice out and enjoy going to the park or the pub. You’d be living with 2 girls and 1 guy, all working professionals. It would really be great to find someone who is keen to make the house more of a home and who are in a similar stage of life in general.

Ideal Roommate:

- Age: 23-28
- Young professional or later stage studies
- Guys/girls both welcome
- Happy with an international house
- Social and friendly and clean
