King Sized Room in Battersea

A spacious king-sized room is available in a modern two-bedroom flat on the ground floor of a secure gated estate just behind Battersea Square. The flat has a bright, contemporary feel and even includes a separate study, which is great if you hybrid WFH.

The room is large and filled with natural light 🌞. It comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed and built-in wardrobes, so you’ll have plenty of storage and can move straight in.
It is also a pet-friendly flat and I sometimes have my family dog Tofu stay with me for chunks of time when my work allows it! If you also have a pet we can discuss that too!!

The location is fantastic. It’s a 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction, a 20 minute bus to Victoria Station, and only a 7 minute walk to Sainsbury’s Local. There’s a big Asda about 15 minutes away, and Northcote Road is also around 15 minutes if you fancy great restaurants, pubs and shops. Battersea Square has lots of lovely cafés, and the flat is just steps from the river walk which takes you to Battersea Park!

A little about me 👋 I’m 28 and work in Film & TV, so I’m out most days either on set or in the office and rarely work from home. My schedule can vary, with the occasional weekday off or night shoot. I love spending time with friends, heading to the pub, or relaxing at home with a good TV series. I also enjoy hosting the occasional dinner with friends, but nothing too crazy as there’s a newborn next door.

The room would be suitable for a young professional from the ages 26 – 32. Since I am freelance, there will be times where I am between jobs so I am looking for someone who ideally is hybrid WFH rather than fully WFH!

Someone who likes to come home to home and likes a clean shared space!
