I'm sadly moving out of my gorg Battersea 3 bed so I'm looking for someone to take my room! My move out date is tbc exactly (I'm currently viewing myself), but I need to be moved within the next month or so, so ideally looking for someone who can be a bit flexible and is potentially able to move at short notice.
I'd be looking to send the new tenant's details to the agent asap so we can get the ball rolling with referencing (work & employment) etc. as that can take up to a month!
The flat
- Located in Clapham Junction area, about a 5 min. walk to the station, walking distance to Northcote road
- 3 bed flat, sharing with 2 other lovely girls! Looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy, etc. etc.
- Fab sized open plan kitchen & living space with a dishwasher
- The room is £1000 and bills come to about £150 max. so all in ~£1150 for the month
- The room is potentially unfurnished / part furnished (tbc what I'm taking with me)
