Double Rooms available in Battersea

Hello everyone!

2 double rooms are becoming available in a 3 bed flat in Battersea area (10 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station, 10 minute walk to Battersea park) starting from 6th of November.

About the apartment, it has:

-Large kitchen with 2 small size fridges, freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of space.
- Spacious living room with sofa and dinning table (no tv however :/)
- Shared bathroom and wc which is handy in the morning
- Lots of spare storage space for suitcases, shoes or anything you don't need in your room
- it is on the 3rd floor and has 2 (or 3 I am not sure) lifts

About the rooms:

- They are furnished with a wardrobe, a drawer and a double bed (which also has space underneath it)
- They both have a small desk
- They are in good condition and one has recently been renovated
- The smaller room also has a separate storage space

About transport:

We have a bus stop literally 5-8 minutes walk from the block with lines 44, N44,344,319,345, N19 and more. So getting in the center (or Battersea Power Station) is super easy. Clapham junction station is also 10-15min walk. There are also parking spaces in the ground floor but I have not used them (yet).
We also have outdoor bike parking on our floor which is very handy if you own a bike (like me ;) ).

About the costs:

Room1: £951 per month for rent (single use)
Room2: £985 per month for rent (single use)
Deposit: £858.33 per room
Utilities: £90-110 per room depending on the electricity and gas consumption
Council Tax band: C

We are in the procedure of renewing an existing contract for a year and two tenants are needed ASAP.

An extra cost of £50 is needed to replace the names in the contract.

About me:
I am Alkiviadis (or simply Alkis), I am 30 yo and I come from Athens, Greece. I am working fulltime as an architect and most of the time I am either speaking about architecture or sketching. In my free time (if there is free time) I like exploring London with my bike, hanging out with friends, but also spending time at home coding or just chilling watching series. I also like board games!
