Modern In Suite Double Room (All Bills included)

Hi everyone,
I’m sadly moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from October 1st, 2025 (dates are flexible).
The room is a large double with a private ensuite bathroom.
The flat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction and 20min walk from Clapham Common, with a bus stop right in front of the building. There’s a Co-op 3 minutes away, plus Tesco and Sainsbury’s within a 5-minute walk on Lavender Hill.
Rent is £1350 all bills included, which also covers weekly cleaning of the shared areas and a deep clean of the bedroom once a month.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), and each bedroom comes with its own TV.
Current flatmates:
• Adam – Irish, works in finance, always up for a good time
• Rohan – American with Indian roots, turns into John Travolta after a drink or two
• Adrien – French, the house’s pastry chef and a boxer in his spare time
• Panagiotis – Greek doctor, crossfit enthusiast, and great home cook
Weekdays are quiet, weekends more social with sports, drinks, or movie nights.
